Refund policy

At Rugby Forge, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team is here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To begin a return, email support@rugbyforge.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back without first contacting us for return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or item may be available, subject to stock availability. Contact support@rugbyforge.com to request an exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
